[Remote] Business Development Manager (T&D - Utilities)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TalenXis is a global manufacturer of Transmission & Distribution (T&D) infrastructure products, and they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the North American market.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the U.S. market
- Build relationships with electric utilities, EPC contractors, distributors, and developers
- Lead RFP/RFQ responses, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
Skills
- Experience in business development
- Ability to develop new business opportunities across the U.S. market
- Ability to build relationships with electric utilities, EPC contractors, distributors, and developers
- Experience leading RFP/RFQ responses, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
- 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or product sales, preferably within the infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors
- Strong network within utilities, EPC contractors, distributors, or infrastructure customers
- Experience with transmission infrastructure products or related industrial solutions
- Willingness to travel extensively across the United States
