[Remote] Business Development Representative (Remote - US East)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iCOUNTER is building the future of cybersecurity. They are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Representative to accelerate strategic growth by generating new opportunities and expanding into new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, email campaigns, phone outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and industry events
  • Identify and research target accounts, key stakeholders, and decision-makers within enterprise organizations
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, business needs, and buying processes
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for sales leadership
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to execute account-based sales strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, prospect activity, and engagement records within the CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline contribution
  • Represent iCOUNTER at virtual and in-person industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new leads

Skills

  • Experience in business development, sales, lead generation or customer outreach
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding prospecting, meeting-setting, and pipeline generation targets
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sales/business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, concise outreach and engage with stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar sales tools
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical SaaS products in a way that connects to business value
  • Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and collaborative with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security
  • Eagerness to learn and stay current with evolving cybersecurity trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
