[Remote] Capital Expenditure & Real Estate Accounting Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IES Infinity Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled CapEx & Real Estate Accounting Consultant to lead critical financial operations within a Fortune 500 environment. This hands-on consulting role will focus on Capital Expenditures and process optimization, providing visibility at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Capital Expenditure accounting across a large, complex portfolio
- Ensure accurate cost capitalization and proper accounting treatment
- Serve as a trusted SME for Controllership leadership
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign financial & operational processes
- Lead or support process optimization and transformation initiatives
- Apply real estate accounting expertise to support business-critical decisions
- Contribute to strategic and cross-functional finance projects
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on CapEx accounting experience (cost booking / capitalization)
- Strong experience in the Real Estate industry
- Background in Controllership roles (in-house or consulting) within large organizations ($500M+)
- Proven ability to redesign and implement financial processes
- Experience in Fortune 500 or large-scale environments
- Big 4 background is a strong plus
