[Remote] CASTL Data Operation Professional (Staff Wage)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UVA Health is seeking a Data Operation Professional at the Center for Advanced Study of Teaching and Learning. This position is broadly responsible for record keeping, data maintenance, and data reporting and analysis, ideally suited for candidates with a background in mathematics education research.

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and related experience in lieu of a degree required
- 1+ years relevant experience required
- Background knowledge in mathematics teaching and learning (birth – age 12)
- Data management skills (e.g., cleaning and manipulating data; data dictionary development) for quantitative and qualitative data
- Basic quantitative data analysis skills (multilevel, hierarchical linear modeling)
- Qualitative data analysis skills (case study approach)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically proficiency in Word and Excel
- MA or MS in psychology or related field
- Completion of RCR (Responsible Conduct of Research) Training through the CITI Program
