[Remote] Client Side Project Manager - ADP Lyric

They are seeking a detail-oriented Lyric Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Lyric software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of Lyric implementation projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Ensure smooth software deployment and data integration
- Drive communication between stakeholders to align on goals and expectations
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Foster strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and success
Skills
- Proven experience in software implementation, preferably within ADP Lyric HCM
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive resolution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholder groups
- Advanced relationship management skills, including the ability to influence, align, and maintain strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Skilled in de-escalation and conflict resolution, with the ability to navigate challenging situations, manage expectations, and drive productive outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to create structure, clarity, and alignment across multiple stakeholders in complex, fast-moving environments
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving settings
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving solutions
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus
