[Remote] Client Side Project Manager - ADP Lyric

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. enhanceHCM is a national professional services firm specializing in M&A Strategic HCM Consulting and Project Management. They are seeking a detail-oriented Lyric Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Lyric software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of Lyric implementation projects
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Ensure smooth software deployment and data integration
  • Drive communication between stakeholders to align on goals and expectations
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Foster strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and success

Skills

  • Proven experience in software implementation, preferably within ADP Lyric HCM
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Advanced relationship management skills, including the ability to influence, align, and maintain strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Skilled in de-escalation and conflict resolution, with the ability to navigate challenging situations, manage expectations, and drive productive outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure, clarity, and alignment across multiple stakeholders in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving settings
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving solutions
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus
