[Remote] Commercial Lines Account Manager

They are seeking a full-time relationship-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and service a small commercial book of business, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and managing accounts independently.
Responsibilities
- Quote, market and bind small commercial policies
- Process policy endorsements and account changes
- Handle policy renewals including reviewing renewal terms and communicating with clients
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy questions, changes and billing issues
- Identify cross-selling and account growth opportunities
- Quote new small commercial business as needed
- Collect and verify underwriting information from clients
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records in the agency management system (Hawksoft)
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Skills
- License: Property & Casualty (Any State)
- Organized and dependable
- Ability to manage accounts independently
- Deliver exceptional client service
- Value accuracy, teamwork, and ongoing training
- Take pride in building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
- License: Property & Casualty (GA)
- Certifications: CIC and/or CISR
- Management System: Hawksoft and EZLynx Rater
- Computer Skills: DocuSign, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom
