What was originally a web hosting, design, development, and marketing agency has been, for the last 7 years, transforming into a medical technology and consulting company with a primary focus on staff well-being and organizational culture. In 2016, we were awarded the worldwide exclusive license to sell the Mayo Clinic Well-Being Index, a survey tool assessing well-being and distress in healthcare professionals, to organizations across the United States and the world. Now used by over 800 organizations, the Well-Being Index offers a suite of tools and insights for addressing distress and allowing organizations to thrive. The number of individuals and organizations using the Well-Being Index has consistently grown since its inception, and we aren't slowing down any time soon. A quick review of the website reveals a growing, mission-led brand that's trusted by healthcare organizations worldwide. With over 4,000 current members, an engaged audience at our 3 annual events, and a suite of new products and services, the avenues for future growth are immense. What This Internship Is A hands-on training internship built around learning to build real software products using AI—specifically Claude Code—with zero prior coding or AI experience required. We'll train you from the ground up. By the end of week one, you'll have a full setup of configuration files, standards, agents, and tools, plus mentorship from our team, and you'll be building. You don't need to know how to code. You need to be curious, creative, and relentless about figuring things out. What You'll Own: 1. Learn to Build with AI In your first week, you'll get full onboarding on our products, tools, and goals, plus a complete setup—config files, agents, standards, and tools—to start building and contributing using Claude Code. From there, you'll be given real problems to go solve. 2. Work Across the Business You'll work on real problems across all three of our focus areas to build a well-rounded foundation:
- Marketing — improving our automated content engine and the quality of what it produces
- Sales — building tools and automations to optimize the sales team
- Product — finding new ways to increase the value our tools deliver
The right intern may also get the opportunity to work alongside our product team on data analysis, drawing on our dataset of 900,000+ assessments and the analytics around them. 3. Build Something of Your Own Learn product thinking end to end—identifying value, prototyping, testing, and iterating. If you build a side project, tool, app, or website during the internship, we'll help you deploy it securely so you can take it with you and keep it. What We'd Love To See:
- Graduating high school seniors through students entering or completing their final year of college
- Creative builders, problem-solvers, and tinkerers—as well as creative thinkers and designers
- An interest or background in data or data analysis (a plus, but not required)

Compensation & Timeline: Paid, 1099 contract. Up to $18/hr. Part-time, ~10–15 hours/week on your own schedule, with a regular check-in we'll arrange around your availability. 8 weeks (flexible to 12), starting mid-June.
