[Remote] D365 CE – Power Platform Associate Director, Software Development Engineering

Pearson Carter is a global leader in Microsoft Technology recruitment, and they are seeking an Associate Director, Software Development Engineering to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise CRM capabilities. This hands-on leadership role involves managing technical direction and overseeing the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality solutions that meet patient and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM platform architecture, design, and SDLC delivery
- Manage and guide Software Engineers, Architects, and Test Engineers
- Oversee end-to-end development lifecycle and resource planning
- Design and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Lead integration with Azure, legacy systems, and third-party platforms
- Define architecture standards, patterns, and engineering best practices
- Contribute to development using .NET, C#, JavaScript, Angular/Node.js, and APIs
- Build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse
- Support SQL-based systems including Microsoft SQL Server
- Deliver solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Build scalable integrations across enterprise systems and services
- Support CI/CD and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps
- Translate business needs into technical architecture and delivery plans
- Present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the platform
Skills
- 10+ years in software development/architecture with 3+ years in leadership
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
- Deep expertise in .NET, C#, APIs, and enterprise architecture
- Strong Azure cloud and integration experience
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and design patterns
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases
- Healthcare or regulated (FDA/HIPAA) environment experience is a plus
