Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in data entry, clerical support, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with cloud‑based collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 60 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
