Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data with 99.9% accuracy in careerzynith’s proprietary databases, CRM systems, and third‑party software.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of incoming data sets, identify discrepancies, correct errors, and document findings for continuous improvement.
  • Perform scheduled data backups and coordinate with the IT team to ensure redundancy, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Generate clear, concise reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and external partners, using Excel, Power BI, or custom reporting tools.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive client information, adhering to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations.
