  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to account‑related inquiries promptly and accurately within a high‑volume, dynamic contact‑center environment.
  • Accurately capture and maintain critical data in careerzynith’s CRM and data‑management systems, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all administrative and regulatory policies governing data entry, privacy, and transaction processing.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, compliance, and operations—to resolve complex customer issues and improve process efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment, demonstrating a track record of building loyalty through active listening, consultative relationship building, and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in a sales‑oriented setting, with at least two (2) years of experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and handling objections effectively.
