[Remote] Delivery Project Manager

They are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies and Java technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team performance
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management
Skills
- Must have more than 12 years of experience
- Must have telecom domain experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Proficiency in Java and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges
- Demonstrated success in managing delivery projects and customer relationships
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus
