[Remote] DevOps Engineer T3
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MSITEK is seeking a DevOps Engineer T3 for a fully remote position. The main responsibility of this role is to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support cloud infrastructure, and implement security controls to improve operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build and provision cloud infrastructure
- Build infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software applications
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and introduce orchestration (eg Kubernetes) as scale requires
- Implement security into deployments by design including IAM, encryption, and network segmentation
- Implement monitoring and observability to track system health, performance, and reliability
- Support database operations including scaling, backups and recovery
Skills
- MUST be a US Citizen and ONLY hold US Citizenship (No Dual Citizens)
- Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- 5+ years of strong hands-on Cloud experience preferably AWS in production environments
- In-depth understanding of docker and containerization workflows (Kubernetes)
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with tools like Argo CD, Jenkins, Gitlab runner
- Solid scripting skills in Bash and/or Python
- Experience supporting MS-SQL or similar databases
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals and access management
