[Remote] Director of Operations

The role involves leading day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and collaborating with executive leadership to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy and execution across the business
- Develop and implement scalable processes, policies, and workflows
- Establish and track KPIs to measure operational performance and accountability
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Drive process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with leaders across finance, sales, HR, and service delivery teams
- Improve resource planning, capacity management, and workforce utilization
- Lead operational integration efforts related to acquisitions and company growth initiatives
- Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance operational effectiveness
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Experience within professional services, consulting, business services, or technology-enabled services environments
- Demonstrated success leading operational transformation and scaling initiatives
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience creating and managing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical with a hands-on approach to problem solving
- MBA preferred
- Experience working within a private equity-backed organization strongly preferred
