[Remote] Director Project Management
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Provisions Group is a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking an experienced Director of Project Management & Integration. This role involves leading enterprise IT project delivery, overseeing PMO governance, and managing M&A integration initiatives, while developing standards and leading a team of project managers and integration specialists.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end IT integration efforts from due diligence through post-acquisition stabilization
- Drive successful onboarding of newly acquired practices into the enterprise technology ecosystem
- Partner with IT, Operations, Finance, Clinical, Compliance, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure seamless integrations
- Develop and continuously improve standardized integration playbooks and methodologies
- Establish enterprise-wide project management standards, governance processes, and reporting frameworks
- Drive consistency across project intake, prioritization, risk management, and portfolio execution
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and integration initiatives while managing dependencies and delivery timelines
- Deliver portfolio-level reporting, KPIs, executive dashboards, and strategic updates
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and escalation management processes
- Ensure alignment between technology investments and organizational growth objectives
Skills
- 10+ years of IT project or program management experience
- 5+ years of healthcare IT, healthcare services, or M&A integration experience
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-site integrations and onboarding initiatives
- Experience building or leading a PMO and driving governance best practices
- Strong people leadership experience, including managing project managers or program leaders
- Expertise in stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, SOC2, etc.)
- PMP, Agile, or related certifications
