Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Client Experience Specialist (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 USD/month Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Rest Days: Wednesday & Sunday Job Overview Our Client provides a convenient, reliable, and eco-friendly mobile pet grooming service dedicated to the well-being of pets. Utilizing a highly organized and professional approach, they bring high-quality grooming directly to the pet owner's doorstep. They are a passionate team that values animal welfare, environmental responsibility, and exceptional customer service. The Role Our Client is seeking an energetic and highly organized Operations Manager & Dispatcher to lead their daily mobile grooming operations. This dynamic role requires a unique blend of logistical precision, sales ability, and leadership. The successful candidate will act as the central hub of the business—managing customer bookings, optimizing groomer schedules, and supervising the team to ensure peak performance. This position offers significant professional challenges and the excitement of helping build a strong, service-oriented business from a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Appointment Management

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all incoming and returning calls, following established sales protocols to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
  • Maintains and updates comprehensive customer information databases with meticulous detail.
  • Proactively generates business during low-volume periods by sending reminder cards to inactive customers and assisting with broader marketing and promotional efforts.
  • Manages client relations by sending "thank you" notes for each pet groomed to foster long-term loyalty.

Logistics, Dispatching & Supervision

  • Schedules customer appointments and prepares efficient daily routes for mobile groomers to maximize productivity.
  • Organizes and relays complete daily schedules to the grooming team, ensuring they have all necessary information for a successful shift.
  • Supervises and motivates groomers, providing the leadership necessary to maintain high service standards.
  • Assists in the human resources lifecycle, including the recruitment and hiring of new grooming staff.

Administrative & Financial Oversight

  • Completes daily sales and commission reports, ensuring all financial data is accurate.
  • Reviews groomer paperwork to verify that proper commissions are calculated for each service rendered.
  • Records and deposits daily receipts and maintains organized financial records.
  • Manages inventory by ordering supplies as necessary to ensure the grooming team is fully equipped.

Required Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with an outgoing and energetic personality suited for high-volume customer interaction.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and the ability to learn new scheduling and reporting software quickly.
  • Organizational Mastery: Must be extremely well-organized and capable of managing multiple schedules and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Mindset: A passionate, "business-builder" mentality with a willingness to work hard and take ownership of the operation's success.
  • Affinity for Animals: A genuine love for animals is essential to represent the brand's values effectively.
