[Remote] Distinguished Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Turn2Partners is a fast-growing AI software company building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for enterprise telecom and utility providers. The Distinguished Engineer will play a pivotal role in defining the architecture and technical strategy for the AI platform while mentoring engineers and collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term architecture and technical strategy for an enterprise AI platform
- Lead the design of scalable agentic AI systems, model serving, and data pipelines
- Drive cloud-native architecture, reliability, observability, security, and deployment standards
- Partner with engineering leadership to influence product and technical roadmaps
- Mentor senior engineers, review critical designs, and elevate engineering excellence
- Collaborate with customers and executive stakeholders on complex technical initiatives
- Stay hands-on with architecture, coding, and platform evolution
Skills
- Distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
- AI/ML production systems, LLMs, and agentic AI
- AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
- Python, TypeScript, Node.js
- Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
- PostgreSQL and SQL
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- CI/CD, observability, testing, and security best practices
