Remote Early Childhood Educator & Family Support Specialist
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Early Childhood Educator & Family Support Specialist to join their innovative online learning platform. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to make a significant impact on young children's development from the comfort of your home office. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate curriculum that fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in preschool-aged children. This includes developing lesson plans, creating interactive activities, and assessing children's progress through various virtual methods. A key component of this role involves providing comprehensive support and resources to families. You will conduct virtual parent-teacher conferences, offer guidance on home-based learning strategies, and connect families with community resources as needed. You must be adept at using various digital tools and platforms for instruction, communication, and record-keeping.
