The role involves contributing to the development, training, and evaluation of advanced AI systems that support educators and learning professionals by creating high-quality educational datasets.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated educational content
- Ensure alignment with pedagogical best practices and curriculum standards
- Develop educational taxonomies, frameworks, and knowledge structures
- Annotate, validate, and improve educational datasets
- Collaborate with AI teams on prompt engineering and model training strategies
- Identify factual inaccuracies, instructional gaps, and curriculum misalignment
- Provide expert feedback to improve model quality and educational effectiveness
- Support the development of AI systems for curriculum automation and adaptive learning
Skills
- Master's Degree or PhD in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Learning Sciences, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in education, curriculum development, instructional design, academic research, or educational content creation
- Strong understanding of learning sciences, assessment methodologies, and curriculum frameworks
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience translating educational standards into structured frameworks
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), EdTech platforms, and digital assessment tools
- Experience working with academic research databases
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI evaluation workflows
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, bias detection, and ethical AI implementation in education
