[Remote] Email Marketing Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MNJ SOFTWARE is one of Information Technology’s fastest growing companies, seeking an Email Marketing Executive to join their team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing email marketing strategies and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Build an email marketing strategy from the ground up, execute that strategy and use data to iterate and improve communications with customers
- Manage overall email marketing strategy and execute time sensitive projects and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to build and QA email campaigns from start to finish
- Conduct A/B tests to understand key email campaign drivers of success and implement changes to campaign strategy
- Proactively grow email database, manage lists and segments
- Ensure all initiatives meet and maintain regulatory and compliance standards
Skills
- 1-4 yrs experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Experience in A/B testing
- Must have experience in email marketing platforms
- Some knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Understanding best practices or industry-related compliance laws
- Fluency in oral and written English is required
- Impeccable communication skills
- Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
- Independent thinker
- Post-secondary education in Marketing is ideal, but not required if you have proven yourself through relevant work experience
- Fluency in additional languages is always a plus

- Position Type: Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am - 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].
