[Remote] Engineering Manager, Destinations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform that empowers marketing teams to leverage data and AI for business growth. The Engineering Manager will lead the engineering team responsible for managing over 300 destination integrations, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction through technical excellence and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Managing our 300+ integrations: We get tens of requests for new destinations and even more requests to add functionality to our existing integrations. You’ll be responsible for prioritizing these requests to balance enabling immediate deals with longer-term business strategy and engineering improvements
- Sync speed: Customers want to sync large volumes of data to a diverse set of destinations (HTTP APIs, file transfers, data warehouses), each with its own limitations. We need to ensure that we’re maximizing our performance via a combination of parallelism, batching, rate-limit detection, and algorithmic optimizations
- AI developer productivity and enablement: How can rapid advances in AI help us ship faster and with higher quality?
