[Remote] Epic Application Analyst III (Beacon Oncology)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Career Soft Solutions Inc is seeking a Senior Epic Beacon Certified Application Analyst to support enterprise-wide Epic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and lead various project activities related to Epic Beacon implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Epic Beacon implementation and optimization projects
- Analyze clinical workflows and business processes
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Create BRDs, workflow diagrams, flowcharts, mockups and technical documentation
- Lead validation sessions with clinical stakeholders
- Perform Epic configuration and build
- Coordinate testing, deployment and go-live activities
- Support production issues and application enhancements
- Develop project presentations and status updates
- Mentor junior analysts
- Recommend workflow and process improvements
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Skills
- Current Epic Beacon Certification (current or prior release)
- Previous Epic implementation experience
- Experience gathering business requirements
- Experience creating BRDs and workflow documentation
- Strong Epic build experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading validation sessions
- Experience supporting testing and deployments
- Ability to independently manage project workstreams
- Strong healthcare technology background
- Clinical background
- Minimum two full Epic lifecycle implementations
- Oncology workflow experience
- Experience mentoring junior analysts
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Prior Health + Hospitals experience
- Large academic medical center experience
- Epic implementation consulting experience
