Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atrio Search is seeking a results-driven Regional Director to lead multi-site operations within a private equity-backed MSO environment. This role is key to driving financial performance, operational consistency, and scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations across multiple locations to ensure performance and consistency
- Own regional P&L and drive revenue growth and cost efficiency
- Coach and develop site leaders to build strong, accountable teams
- Execute strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience across all sites

- Significant experience in multi-site operations leadership
- Strong track record of managing P&L and driving financial performance
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven experience in multi-site operations leadership, ideally within a PE-backed or MSO setting
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
