[Remote] Executive Recruiter

They are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Executive Recruiter, where you will gain hands-on training and work alongside experienced leaders in the field.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs and company culture
- Participating in client intake calls to learn search requirements and hiring strategies
- Sourcing and identifying top candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and our internal database
- Conducting in-depth phone interviews to evaluate experience, career goals, and motivations
- Managing candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and onboarding activity
- Building relationships with candidates and delivering an exceptional recruiting experience throughout the hiring process
