Responsibilities

  • Transcribe audio recordings into written documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure all documentation is current and correctly filed.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of filing systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of documents before filing or transcribing.
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files as needed.
  • Maintain a log of all transcribed documents and filed records for easy tracking and reference.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a file clerk, transcriptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in transcription software and digital filing systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Familiarity with office software, including word processors and spreadsheets.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
