[Remote] FileNet Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager IV to lead enterprise initiatives involving the migration of files and metadata to FileNet and the implementation of a Document Generator. The role requires coordination across various teams to ensure successful project completion and stabilization of ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
- Own integrated project plans and schedules
- Manage enterprise-wide dependencies
- Coordinate file migration and data migration activities
- Lead testing, validation, and production readiness
- Drive governance, executive reporting, and risk management
- Coordinate multiple technical and business teams
- Ensure downstream applications successfully consume migrated FileNet content
- Lead post-production stabilization
Skills
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading enterprise implementations
- Large-scale migration or modernization projects
- PMO governance experience
- Executive stakeholder management
- Risk, issue, dependency, and change management
- Production deployment leadership
- Own integrated project plans and schedules
- Manage enterprise-wide dependencies
- Coordinate file migration and data migration activities
- Lead testing, validation, and production readiness
- Drive governance, executive reporting, and risk management
- Coordinate multiple technical and business teams
- Ensure downstream applications successfully consume migrated FileNet content

- Strong enterprise PM leadership
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent executive communication
- Ability to coordinate technical teams without necessarily being the technical expert
- Experience bringing projects across the finish line after work has already begun
