[Remote] Finance Transformation Program Lead

KPG99 INC is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead to oversee large-scale finance transformation and ERP implementation programs. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration across finance, accounting, and technology organizations, ensuring successful business transformation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP implementation programs
- Strong executive presence with a proven track record of partnering directly with C-level executives and senior business leaders
- Ability to effectively align and collaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Technology organizations
- Extensive experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Platform-agnostic background with exposure to leading ERP solutions such as Oracle, SAP, Workday , or similar enterprise platforms
- Expertise in program governance, organizational change management, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage competing priorities in politically sensitive environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with a focus on driving successful business transformation outcomes
