[Remote] Full Stack Engineers
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers to support a growing portfolio of infrastructure-heavy initiatives in Fort Myers, FL. The engineers will be responsible for designing and delivering full-stack applications, collaborating on system patterns, and managing multiple initiatives while operating independently.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own full-stack applications from initial architecture through delivery
- Stand up backend services and APIs where none currently exist
- Collaborate on defining system patterns, ingress/egress, and infrastructure as projects evolve
- Work across multiple concurrent initiatives (approximately 10-12)
- Operate independently with minimal documentation or hand-holding
- Break down complex problems, execute solutions, and move work forward autonomously
Skills
- Strong full-stack background with a heavy infrastructure mindset
- Experience working in small teams, startups, or early-stage environments
- AI Tooling: Experience working with modern AI tools (Claude currently in use)
- Comfortable operating with limited structure and evolving requirements
- Self-directed, accountable, and proactive
- Clear sense of ownership from problem definition through execution
