[Remote] Full Stack Software Engineers - Secret Clearance Required

They are seeking Full Stack Software Engineers with an active United States Government Secret Clearance to develop and implement technical solutions, design and maintain applications, and collaborate with teams on cloud-native solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions to complex business and system challenges
- Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Java (backend)
- Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including development, integration, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud-native solutions in AWS environments
- Integrate backend services and databases, including PostgreSQL and other relational/NoSQL systems
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability using modern engineering practices
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for secure software delivery
- Work closely with architects and technical leadership to align solutions with system design and requirements
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to best practices across development, testing, and deployment activities
Skills
- Currently Active United States Secret Clearance or Higher
- Bachelor's with 8-10 years, Master's with 6-8 years, or PhD with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong full-stack development experience with React (frontend) and Java/Spring Boot (backend)
- Experience with AWS cloud environments and building cloud-native applications
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Oracle)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or Fargate
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., GitLab)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
