[Remote] Future Opportunities (Talent Pool) - Clinical Project Manager (CPM)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OPIS is a full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies worldwide. They are building a network of experienced Clinical Project Managers (CPMs) to support anticipated future growth within their Clinical Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Global clinical trial management across Phase I–IV studies
- Project planning, execution, and oversight
- Sponsor relationship management and client communication
- Timeline, budget, and resource management
- Vendor and CRO oversight
- Risk identification, mitigation, and issue management
- Cross-functional leadership across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, and Regulatory teams
- Study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities
- Quality management and inspection readiness
- Team leadership and stakeholder management
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related scientific discipline
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Clinical Project Manager
- Experience working within a CRO environment
- Experience managing global clinical studies and international project teams
- Previous Clinical Research Associate (CRA) experience required
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and project management principles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English communication skills
