[Remote] German-Speaking Influencer Marketing Coordinator – Gaming
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AFK is looking for a German-speaking Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join their team and support creator campaigns in the gaming and Trading Card Game space. The role involves planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, onboarding creators, and maintaining campaign documentation while staying updated on gaming trends.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for gaming and entertainment brands
- Research, source, and help onboard creators across the gaming and TCG communities
- Assist with creator outreach, communications, and relationship management
- Support campaign coordination from briefing through to content delivery
- Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign requirements and brand guidelines
- Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and project documentation
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Help prepare client updates, reports, and presentation materials
- Stay up to date with gaming, TCG, and creator trends across the DACH region
- Build positive relationships with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Represent the company at gaming, creator, and industry events across Europe and internationally
Skills
- Fluent German speaker (required)
- Passionate about gaming, Trading Card Games (TCGs), and creator culture
- Strong understanding of gaming communities and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data and willing to learn campaign reporting and analytics
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within influencer marketing
- Ability to travel to company events is an essential requirement of the role
- Experience in marketing, social media, customer service, community management, gaming, esports, or content creation
- Knowledge of the DACH gaming and TCG creator landscape
- Experience using TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, or Discord
- Experience working with creators or online communities
