[Remote] Grant Writer (Contingency Contract) - Remote

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify federal and foundation grants TWF is eligible for
- Lead grant proposal writing and submission
- Coordinate with TWF leadership on program design and budget
- Manage grantee reporting cycles post-award
- Build the grant pipeline tracker as the firm's non-dilutive capital memory
Skills
- Grant writers with documented federal and foundation grant track record
- Former federal program officers (HRSA, SAMHSA), foundation program officers (RWJF, Annie E. Casey, Conrad Hilton), or boutique grant consulting firm operators
- You have written grants that were awarded, not just submitted
- Behavioral health, workforce development, healthcare workforce, or MBE-focused grant experience strongly preferred
