[Remote] Growth Lead - North America
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TRACTIAN is the operational system for the industrial world, focused on digitally transforming operations in manufacturing, utilities, and food processing. The North American Growth Lead will be responsible for building automated growth systems and executing high-scale marketing campaigns to drive measurable impact on sales and pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Build Automated Growth Systems: Connect our growth stack to build hyper-targeted audiences and automated outreach based on intent signals
- Execute Full-Cycle Campaigns: Hands-on launching and optimizing high-scale motions
- Drive Lifecycle Automation: Orchestrate the funnel through the customer lifecycle, using product signals to trigger expansion motions
- Partner with GTM Engineering: Leverage all available tooling and people to automate gifting and outreach that are currently manual
- Own the Results: Drive measurable impact on Sales Qualified Leads, Pipeline, and ROI
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in growth focused marketing
- Proven experience in data engineering and workflow automation, specifically as a power user of the growth stack, Clay, and AI-agentic tooling
- Scientific experimentation mindset with an iterative approach to problem-solving and technical troubleshooting
- Obsessive attention to detail in data strategy and audience building
- Strong alignment with leadership principles, including availability, first-principles thinking, and a deep obsession with customer success
- Results-oriented mindset with a high bias for action and accountability for hitting aggressive revenue goals
