[Remote] Head of Legal
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AgentSync is a venture backed category-defining SaaS company headquartered in Denver. They are hiring a Head of Legal to build their legal strategy and provide guidance across the business, focusing on SaaS commercial and transactional agreements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the company’s go-to-market and product teams from inception to product development and beyond to identify potential legal risks and provide risk-mitigation counseling
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s legal documents and operations
- Work on transactional agreements and commercial agreements process and templates
- Wear many hats and roll up the sleeves where needed
Skills
- Juris Doctorate degree from ABA accredited law school
- Must be a bar member in good standing of an applicable state
- 6+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years working in house at a SaaS firm
- Experience in commercial transactions
