As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will source and qualify candidates, facilitate interviews, and maintain candidate records to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates to find the best fit for each role
• Build candidate commitment ahead of client interviews
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates
• Keep candidates accountable and informed throughout the process
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth onboarding experience
• Build and nurture a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates while they're on assignment
• Grow your network through referrals and recommendations
• Meet and exceed weekly and quarterly performance goals
• Deliver the 'Premier Experience' to every candidate, colleague, and coworker you work with
