Latitude Legal is a flexible legal talent company seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Attorney for a part-time, remote contract engagement with a healthcare software startup. The role involves providing expertise in healthcare regulatory frameworks, specifically Medicaid and Medicare, and understanding claims, billing, and payment structures.
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of healthcare regulatory experience
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as Medicaid and Medicare is required
- Familiarity with processes governing claims, billing, and payment structures between healthcare providers and payors is preferred
- Prior experience working in a full-service law firm, sophisticated boutique firm or in-house with a healthcare company is preferred
- Outstanding references
