They are looking for a driven Full Desk Technical Recruiter to manage the complete recruiting and sales cycle while building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Developing new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client outreach
- Building, growing and managing relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Identifying client needs and presenting customized solutions
- Negotiating contracts and closing new business
- Recruiting technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
- Sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates
- Managing the interview process through offer acceptance and placement
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of clients and candidates
- Meeting monthly revenue and performance goals
- Staying current on AI as well as other technology trends, labor market conditions, and hiring practices
Skills
- 3+ years of successful technology industry experience in a full desk recruiter role
- Experience recruiting for technical positions required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruiting goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
