[Remote] HR and Recruitment Volunteer - Volunteer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. We Are Stronger Charity is a young anti-bullying charity expanding rapidly in the UK and Italy. They are seeking dedicated HR and Recruitment volunteers to help with the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while contributing to their mission of preventing bullying.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including
- Screening CVs
- Reaching candidates
- Updating HR Systems and databases
- Conducting interviews
- Headhunting
Skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Well organised and detail-focused
- Capacity to ensure the smooth running of our HR Systems (databases Reach Volunteering Platform) and excel spreadsheet
- Confident communicating with candidates and colleagues
- Knowledge of GDPR principles
- Fluent English
- Supportive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and make a proactive, collaborative contribution to the team
- An interest in our mission to prevent bullying and support victims of bullying
