[Remote] HR Consultant - Casual Contract
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Thinking Schools Academy Trust is a family of schools across the South West, South, South East and East of England. They are seeking an HR Consultant to provide flexible HR capacity across internal priorities and external client work, supporting various employee relations matters and advising senior leaders.

Skills
- Experienced HR professional
- Strong employee relations experience
- Sound employment law knowledge
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage sensitive matters professionally
- Ability to advise senior leaders with confidence
- Experience of working in schools, academies, multi-academy trusts or the wider education sector
- Experience of restructures, redundancy, TUPE or organisational change
