[Remote] HYBRID Recruiter - RPO Consultant

This role involves managing the recruitment process, including sourcing and presenting candidates while fostering relationships with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Submit a candidate's profile
- Driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for our client’s office location in Sauk Rapids & Osakis, MN
- Sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while managing hiring managers and candidate relationships
Skills
- Ability to work on site up to 5 days a week and travel to two other plants in the area
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with: Production Manufacturing Technician, Weld Operator, Welder, CNC Machinist 1-3 tier, CNC Machine Operator, Materials Coordinator, Setup Machinist, Traffic Logistics Coordinator
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Polished communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Savvy with technology (PowerSuite and Carve) and able to learn new systems quickly
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and goal-oriented
