- Look closely at each photo and write one clear, accurate description
- Cover the key details: main objects, colors, setting, people, any visible text, and the general mood or style
- Follow a simple style guide so descriptions stay consistent across the team
- Keep a steady pace while keeping quality high
- Flag anything unclear or unusual along the way

- Strong written English — clear and easy to read. This is the most important thing
- An exceptional eye for detail — you notice things other people skip past
- Patient and consistent — happy doing focused work at a steady pace
