[Remote] Instructional Designer

The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective training solutions are developed and delivered.
Responsibilities
- 3 + Years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing
- Extensive experience in Developing, Reviewing and Delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides
- Experience in Working with Global Teams
- Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently
Skills
- Experience: 3-6 yrs
- Qualification: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc
- 3 + Years of proven Experience in Content Development and Instructional Designing
- Extensive experience in Developing, Reviewing and Delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs)
- Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), Application Simulations, Job Aids and Quick Reference Guides
- Experience in working with Global Teams
- Experience in leading and coaching small teams independently
- Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
- Independent thinker
- Fluency in oral and written English is required
