Job Summary As a Remote Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for incoming service requests. Your role is critical in gathering accurate information, dispatching service calls, and maintaining clear communication between customers, technicians, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and document service requests accurately Gather necessary details, including vehicle/unit information, service needs, and location Dispatch calls to appropriate technicians or service providers Track service progress and provide updates to customers and team members Ensure all data is recorded in the system for accurate invoicing and record-keeping Provide excellent customer service with a professional and helpful attitude Work assigned shifts in a remote setting, maintaining availability during scheduled hours
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service, dispatch, or administrative role preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Proficiency in using phone systems, email, and customer management software Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
