[Remote] IT Recruiter Intern
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Qloron Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter Intern to join their Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions while gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment trackers and ATS
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms
- Support recruitment reporting and daily hiring activities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
Skills
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in IT technologies and talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
