[Remote] Lead Solutions Delivery Consultant

They are seeking a Lead Solutions Delivery Consultant to manage client engagements and translate complex clinical and business problems into effective AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements — from scoping and solution design through pilot, production deployment, and knowledge transfer
- Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams, coordinating the AI, data science, and engineering resources against clearly defined outcomes, timelines, and success criteria
- Structure engagements to deliver tangible value early while building durable capability inside the client organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior clinical, scientific, and commercial stakeholders
- Lead high-stakes strategic discussions with pharma, biotech, and life sciences partners on solution scope, validity, and roadmap
- Identify expansion opportunities and shape future engagements grounded in delivered impact
- Translate clinical, regulatory, and business requirements into clear, actionable technical direction for AI and engineering teams
- Influence solution design so that synthetic patient cohorts, agentic workflows, and disease and population simulators align with real-world care delivery and how trials are actually run
- Define clinically meaningful endpoints, variables, and evaluation frameworks for complex disease models
- Bring a clinical-first lens to delivery, ensuring AI-generated outputs are clinically accurate, plausible, and scientifically defensible
- Evaluate model outputs against real-world clinical and trial data, surfacing bias, gaps, and inconsistencies before they reach the client
- Ensure solutions meet validation, audit-readiness, and human-in-the-loop expectations for regulated clinical environments
- Communicate complex clinical and analytical insight clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Embed knowledge transfer, transparency, and shared ownership throughout delivery so clients develop lasting capability alongside immediate results
Skills
- Relevant experience (typically 7+ years) in consulting, professional services, or solution delivery within life sciences, pharma, or healthcare — including a track record of owning client engagements end-to-end
- Demonstrated consulting capability: scoping, engagement and project management, stakeholder management, and delivering against both commercial and clinical success criteria
- Strong domain expertise in pharma and life sciences, with depth in oncology or other complex therapeutic areas
- Hands-on experience with clinical trial data, real-world data (RWD), or longitudinal patient datasets
- Working familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts applied in healthcare, with the ability to interpret, evaluate, and challenge model outputs and analytical results
- Experience collaborating directly with data science or engineering teams to deliver production-grade tools
- Strong executive presence and the ability to lead client relationships and high-stakes discussions with confidence
- Ability to translate complex, multi-dimensional concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse technical and clinical audiences
- Master's or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Clinical Informatics, Life Sciences, or a closely related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree combined with significant relevant consulting or clinical and healthcare delivery experience will be considered
