Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients via phone, text, and email
- Manage and engage across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
- Support digital marketing initiatives within the Personal Growth and Leadership Development space
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns (full training provided)
- Develop compelling content for social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns (full training provided)
- Participate in ongoing live training and professional development sessions with a global team
- Implement proven marketing systems and strategies to support business growth
Skills
- Significant experience in people leadership, HR, organizational development, or talent strategy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for leadership, personal growth, and developing others
- A proactive, self-directed approach to work
- Confidence working independently while collaborating within a global professional network
- A minimum of three years' professional experience
