Responsibilities
- Draft and produce high-quality contracts, policies, and structured legal documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate legal insights into AI system requirements
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for legal accuracy and compliance
- Provide expert feedback to improve AI performance in transactional and regulatory workflows
- Support development of compliance frameworks and legal standards for AI applications
- Conduct legal analysis across commercial, corporate, and regulatory domains
- Maintain clear documentation and communication of legal processes and findings
Skills
- Juris Doctor degree with active bar admission
- Strong experience in transactional law, compliance, or corporate legal practice
- Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, digital-first environments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
