[Remote] Legal Operations Attorney

Lawyers On Demand is one of the largest and fastest growing global legal services businesses, seeking an attorney for a large healthcare organization to assist with corporate transformation. The role involves providing strategic leadership as a legal operations professional to optimize contracting processes and enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and redesign end-to-end contracting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes
• Analyze workflow, performance, and resourcing data to identify optimization opportunities and define future-state delivery models
• Develop operating models, governance frameworks, and service metrics that enable effective contract management and service delivery
• Lead transformation initiatives that leverage process improvement, managed services, and technology solutions to reduce costs and enhance operational performance

Skills

• Active bar admission in any US state
• Experience in legal operations, transformation and/or process improvement
• Demonstrated ability to balance legal with business judgment
• Strong skills in stakeholder management across various business functions
