[Remote] Legal Operations Specialist (Remote)

Axiom is a leader in providing alternative legal services, and they are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to enhance their clients' legal departments. The role involves managing legal operations processes, implementing strategic solutions, and improving contracting systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping
- Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation
- Helping clients vet potential CLM tools across a broad array of tools such as Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPod, Luminance
- Implementing AI tools and increasing usage within the legal team/ use new AI features of existing tools
- Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes
- Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates
- Assist with project coordination and process management
Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work
- Familiarity with legal department KPIs
- Experience managing budget & spend management such as e-billing experience
- CLM implementation experience
- AI experience
- Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams
- Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software
- Experience with CLM tool Luminance
