[Remote] Legal Technology Solutions Architect (Icertis)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is looking for a Legal Technology Solutions Architect to support Law systems and technologies in a remote capacity. The role involves overseeing an application portfolio and acting as a project lead on technical delivery projects, particularly in the contracts management space with iCertis.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing an application portfolio, working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Supporting customers within the Law organization and understanding their technical environment to oversee maintenance and progress with legal applications
- Acting as project lead on technical delivery projects in the contracts management space, most heavily with iCertis
- Providing troubleshooting and technical guidance in terms of high-level infrastructure incidents
- Understanding the lifecycle of contract management and implementing policies and enhancements and managing technologies accordingly
- Actively listening to end-user feedback and pain points to implement changes and improvements when deciding on future solution plans
- Maintaining strong written documentation skills and verbal communication skills to work cross-functionally across various teams
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in the technical application space, with 5+ years in technical delivery management
- Expertise in contract management systems, preferably with iCertis
- Leadership experience overseeing technical resources and projects
- Strong experience overseeing product and implementation delivery from planning through completion
- Strong experience and ability to understand what technical solutions would provide value to legal customers and stakeholders based on requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong presentation skills
- Experience in a GxP or highly regulated environment such as biotech or pharma
- Experience with AI capabilities within applications
- Experience with data and system integrations with an understanding of how systems 'talk to each other' through shared data or workflows
- Experience with Congruity360 application
- Experience supporting or implementing other legal systems and applications
